Questions about plans

Each connected mailbox (Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, Zoho, GMX, Mail.com, Fastmail, Yandex, or any IMAP account) is billed at $1 per month ($10/year), with no mailbox limit. Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes count as mailboxes too. Yahoo, AOL, iCloud and other non-Google/Microsoft providers connect with an app password (which you create in that provider's security settings) rather than a sign-in button, and calendar access depends on the provider.

Your bill follows the number of connected mailboxes (minimum 1). Adding or removing one adjusts the current period pro rata. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from account settings.
