Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Oryah Mail, provided by InfiniHash LLC ("InfiniHash," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Oryah Mail, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Oryah Mail is a connector that allows Claude to access mailboxes and calendars you explicitly authorize (Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Outlook), subject to the permissions you configure per mailbox.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Oryah Mail. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Authorized use of connected mailboxes

By connecting a mailbox or calendar, you represent that you have the right to grant access to it (e.g., it is your own account, or you have authorization from the account owner or your organization). You may revoke access to any mailbox at any time in account settings.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Oryah Mail is billed per connected mailbox at $1 per month or $10 per year, including shared mailboxes. It includes a 14-day free trial; a card is collected at checkout, and if you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the selected interval. Adding or removing a mailbox adjusts your bill pro rata.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled.
• Prices are listed in USD; your local currency equivalent is shown at checkout and charged by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, though you retain access through the end of a paid period after cancellation.
• The Team plan is not yet generally available; pricing and availability are subject to change before launch.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Oryah Mail to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to access mailboxes you are not authorized to access, to circumvent per-mailbox permission controls or send-domain allowlists, or to violate applicable law or the terms of your email provider (Google or Microsoft).

6. Data handling

Our collection and use of your data, including mailbox and calendar content, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which incorporates Google's Limited Use requirements for data obtained via Google APIs. We do not sell your data and do not use mailbox content for advertising or to train AI/ML models.

7. Beta status and Google verification

Oryah Mail is currently in beta. Some features may change, and Google's app verification for Oryah Mail is in progress — during this period, Google may display an "unverified app" warning when you connect a Google account. This is expected and does not indicate a security issue with Oryah Mail.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that risks the security or integrity of the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Oryah Mail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfiniHash LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
