Connect your accounts

Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or use a passkey. Add Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook/Hotmail/Microsoft 365, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, Zoho, GMX, Mail.com, Fastmail, Yandex, and any IMAP mailbox — up to your plan's limit. Yahoo, AOL, iCloud and similar providers use an app password.

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook/Hotmail/Microsoft 365, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, Zoho, GMX, Mail.com, Fastmail, Yandex, and any IMAP/SMTP mailbox, in any combination, up to your plan's mailbox limit. Yahoo, AOL, iCloud and other non-Google/Microsoft providers connect with an app password (which you create in that provider's security settings) rather than a sign-in button, and calendar access depends on the provider.

Oryah Mail is in beta and Google verification is in progress. Until it completes, Google shows an unverified-app screen during Google sign-in — this is expected and you can proceed past it to connect your account.

Yes. Each connected mailbox has its own permission scope — read-only, draft-only, or full send — plus optional send-domain allowlists.

No. Mailbox data is never used for advertising or model training, and we don't sell your data.
